Twin room with a breathtaking view of the médina accommodated us perfectly. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries were available there.

The hotel is conveniently located close to popular sites like the old Medina, Fes medina, and great restaurants. Fes El Bali district is definitely worth exploring. - Rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, and offer a breathtaking view of the médina. - the service provided is top-notch.

The hotel was in an incredible location, to everything in the Medina. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was set not far from the alley outside, a nearby restaurant, and the world famous Médina market place where the thousands of souks reside

We booked a deluxe king room for 3 nights, everything was perfect. the room had coffee/tea making machines, a flat screen TV, and an iPod docking station. It was modern and lovely, plus there was free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was just great and the owner was incredibly friendly! We accidentally booked a r wrong room, which was no problem and we even got a room upgrade! Shuttle service in the middle of the night worked great and was absolutely serious! All in all we were absolutely thrilled by this beautiful Riad Hotel!

I greatly enjoyed this hotel, it's fairly clean and wonderful. I had a standard queen room that also came complete with mint tea, nice views, and cookies. - the service was absolutely excellent. - the location was favorable and fantastic, next to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

The staff was super friendly, very attentive and courteous. The Riyadh was very beautiful.

Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was not in such a good condition. But okay for just one night. At night laundry was washed, that was very noisy in Riyadh, in our room we had the feeling to sleep on a compressor. That's why I didn't give you the full score. Otherwise it was really very nice. It might be different in the other rooms.

Super nice staff, who care about the well-being of their guests at Hezen. We got an upgrade from Riyadh and stayed in the suite. We especially liked the private terrace. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great location right in the heart of the old town. Just a short walk away after spending 4 days exploring the desert and the famous market. 🌟 Really convenient to be so close to everything after a long journey!

The location of this place is perfect, close to all the monuments, better than anywhere I've been before; the Fes El Bali district is definitely a must-visit.
